Today I had yoga.
I spoke to my teacher after class.
I explained about switching between parts.
Rapid switching when triggered.
What triggers us and why.
Why certain poses cause triggering and hijacking.
What happens internally when triggered.
That my littles are responsible for the alignment of my feet.
What it feels like to rapid switch.
Why sometimes I seem confused about where I am.
Why some classes I can do poses perfectly,
But the next week I can’t pull it together.
We talked about how yoga and shiatsu and therapy are all working together.
She asked me if I figured out all this stuff myself.
She asked if I wanted to help other people going through this stuff.
I told her I already was.
My friends here and in other places help me.
I feel I help them back.
When I can.
It felt so freeing to have that conversation.

That’s a really good idea. I think I might try a similar convo with my running coach.
